David Mattioli, RN, CMC, BSN
Vice President, Regional Operations
David Mattioli brings more than 17 years' experience in a variety of healthcare settings to SeniorBridge. For 9 years previously, he was the Administrator of Almost Family in West Palm Beach, responsible for operations and delivery of care for the in-home program in 4 counties, and for a time served dually in that role at Almost Family's Medical Adult Day Center in Boynton Beach. Mr. Mattioli began his nursing career at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he developed a passion for caring for the elderly, and became a care manager before returning to Florida. He is a certified trainer for the Alzheimer training course for home health agencies in Florida and coauthored the curriculum used for the training. Mr. Mattioli is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. He received a BS in biology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a BSN from Eastern Michigan University, and is a certified Legal Nurse Consultant. He is a current member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and the Case Management Society of America.
Rona S. Bartelstone, LCSW, MSW, CMC
Senior Vice President of Care Management
Rona Bartelstone is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Care Manager Certified, and a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. A Cum Laude graduate of the University of New York at Buffalo, Rona earned her Masters in Social Work at Indiana University. She has taught the psychology of aging, healthy aging and other courses on coping with aging parents for adult education of the Dade County School Board, Miami Dade Community College, and Broward Community College. Active in many community and professional organizations, Rona is a founder and past President of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (GCM). She currently is a founder and Vice President of the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM), an independent, non-profit, credentialing organization. Rona was a Board member of the Greater Miami Alzheimer’s Association Chapter and Chaired the Annual Educational Forum from 1994 to 2000. In addition, she is past Vice President and Treasurer of the Florida Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers. Rona is a member of the National Council on the Aging and a delegate to the National Institute on Community Long Term Care (NICLIC), the Gerontological Society of American and the American Society on Aging for which she’ll be co-chaired the International Care/Case Management Conference in 2001.
Linda Woodward, RN, HIA
Regional Executive Director
Linda brings more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare field with an extensive background in sales, marketing and business development throughout the United States, Caribbean and Virgin Islands. Over the course of her career, Linda has earned a solid reputation for providing skilled, innovative guidance as a consultant for home health agencies, hospitals and community service organizations focusing on business development, organizational improvement and multi-site start-ups. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, she served as Administrator for CareMinders Home Care in West Palm Beach where she was responsible for financial plans and budgeting, total management of Joint Commission Accredited licensed healthcare operation and regulatory compliance. Other career highlights include creating and managing the multinational and corporate accounts segment of the Sales and Marketing Division as Assistant Vice President at Triple S, Inc. the leading Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan in the Caribbean in Puerto Rico. Linda also has experience in multiple clinical nursing positions at Princeton Medical Center and Morristown Memorial Hospital, and while in New Jersey, she served on the Board of Health and American Cancer Society. Among her accomplishments, Linda has been a speaker on national network, cable television and author of clinical business articles featured in industry publications. She earned an AAS Degree in Nursing from Ocean County College, attended Rutgers University Gerontology Program and earned a Health Insurance Associate (HIA) designation from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). Linda holds licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
Kim Miller, ARNP, MSN
Director of Client Services
Kim Miller is a Masters trained nurse who comes to SeniorBridge with nearly 30 years of nursing experience. She received her bachelor's degree from The Pennsylvania State University. Her nursing career began with caring for cancer patients both in the hospital and as a home health nurse. From there, she became involved with research in Cardiology at The University of Florida, and later went on to attend The University of Florida to acquire her Masters degree in Family Practice. Ms Miller has worked for the last 10 years as a Nurse Practitioner. Her experience and clinical expertise includes rehabilitation medicine and geriatric care. She has worked with patients with debilitating, chronic diseases such as stroke, heart disease, lung disease, head trauma and spinal injuries. Most recently, she cared for patients in a geriatric practice. This included caring for older patients in the hospital, a medical office, long term care facilities, assisted living facilities and making house calls. Because of her extensive experience and skills, she is able to continue to pursue her passion to provide care and offer solutions for the special needs of the elderly population and their families.
Laura Marshall
Regional Director of Professional Relations
Before joining SeniorBridge, Laura was Director of Sales and Marketing of AllianceCare Home Health, in Broward, Palm Beach County, Dallas, Houston and Chicago where she developed markets for a Medicare and Private Duty Home Health Agency and trained marketers to service and build them. She recruited, trained, and mentored community liaisons for these markets, developed sales reporting and goal-setting systems and business plans for these operations, and generated community referrals from many sources including the Cleveland Clinic Hospital. Laura was also previously Director of Community Outreach for Caring People, Broward and Palm Beach County, helping to build their marketing and sales department and developing seminars, a speakers network for professionals and caregivers, and a "Snow Bird" program to help seniors travel in winter. As Sales Manager for Hancock Financial Services in Broward and West Palm Beach, she previously trained financial representatives and planners, and was a Marketing Representative/Training Specialist for MetLife in Plantation. Laura has a life, health, and variable annuities license; a series 63 and series 7 securities license; and is certified in Long-Term Care and as a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (insurance) by the Gold Coast School of Insurance, Plantation, and certified in Senior Marketing, Management and Sales Training with Carnegie.
Karen Altonen
Director of Professional Relations
Karen has more than 15 years experience in the healthcare field with an extensive background in sales and management. Her strong skill-set has allowed Karen to develop long-term relationships and strategically set up business plans throughout the South Florida area. Prior to her role at SeniorBridge, Karen served as Account Manager for Recovery Home Care in Broward County where she developed relationships with elder care professionals in the area. She has also held leadership roles as a Medical Community Liaison at A Plus Home Health Care, Inc. and as Executive Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist at AstraZeneca, PLC., where she met or exceeded yearly sales objectives in gastroenterology, oncology, allergy, neurology and mental health. Karen earned an early Associate's degree in Biology and Chemistry from Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie, New York and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Mathematics from St. Bonaventure University in Olean, New York.

Kristen Drago
Director of Professional Relations
Kristen brings more than 15 years of sales, marketing and management experience to her role as Director of Professional Relations in a variety of settings including medical offices, hospitals and home health. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Kristen served as Independent Consultant and Patient Care Liaison at Hi-Lite Home Care where she provided insight and clinical information geared towards increasing referrals, educated physicians, case managers, nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers on Medicare in-home nursing guidelines and provided community outreach. Other career highlights include providing recommendations to management on resolving issues and enhancing clinical programs as Director of Marketing and Patient Care Liaison at Total Home Health, Inc. and managing all phases of cardiology and internal medicine practice as office manager and medical assistant for Erwin Vasquez, M.D., FACCP, FCCP. Kristen earned a medical assistant certificate from Barna College of Health Sciences and a Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from Coral Ridge Nursing School, both located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Kristen is an active member of the community and has volunteered for numerous organizations including Kids in Distress, March of Dimes, American Red Cross, Pace Center for Girls and Light of the World Clinic, a free healthcare facility for the indigent in Broward County. She has also worked with elderly Alzheimer's patients in nursing homes and coordinates philanthropic donations to Vasquez Family Foundation with the Community Foundation of Broward County for the elderly.
Christina Kantrowitz, MSW, C-ASWCM
Senior Care Manager
Ms. Kantrowitz has over 25 years of experience in social work and geriatric care management. Prior to becoming Director of Client Services, she was a Geriatric Care Manager for several years at Florida ElderWatch, one of Southeast Florida's largest geriatric care management practices, which was acquired by SeniorBridge Family in 2001. Before joining Florida Elderwatch Ms. Kantrowitz was the Director of Social Service for Tamarac Rehabilitation & Health Center. Ms. Kantrowitz is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. She has a BSW in Social Work and a MSW in Social Work, both from Adelphi University.
Antuan Llano, RN
Care Manager
Antuan comes to SeniorBridge after serving as the Director of Nursing at Alegre Home Health Care in Miami, Florida where his leadership role at the agency included recruitment, clinical coordination and oversight, admission policy management, care plan development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure safe and high quality accommodations for patients. Previously, he worked for two other Miami-area home care agencies, as a Case Manager for Lesly Home Health Care and as a Case Manager and Clinical Supervisor for Action Home Health Care. After graduation from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Antuan worked as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse at Parkway Regional Medical Center in North Miami Beach, Florida. Along with these other accomplishments, Antuan holds a current Florida RN license.
Cory Martin
Associate Care Manager
As former Strength and Conditioning coach for the New York Yankees, Cory brings more than 5 years of experience in the professional fitness industry to SeniorBridge. For the last two years he has spent his time turning his focus to geriatric care and served as a trainer for Florida Atlantic University’s Senior Citizen Wellness Program. Among his accomplishments, Cory also started his own in-home training company specializing in the senior citizen population, which was quite successful. Cory earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. He holds certification in CPR and brings a unique blend of complex and functional training methods, which aim to improve muscular strength, stability, endurance and flexibility, while also focusing on balance and proprioception. Cory's young, energetic and passionate personality creates a fun-filled exercise session in which anyone can achieve his or her fitness goals.
Christine A. Roberts, RN
Care Manager
Ms. Roberts joins SeniorBridge from Tender Loving Care, a home health agency in Boca Raton, Florida for which she was RN, Director of Clinical Services. She has previously worked as RN, Field Representative for the State of Florida, at Emerald Medical Management, Inc. in California, and was a Recovery Room Nurse at the Cleveland Clinic in Ft. Lauderdale. Ms. Roberts also has broad prior experience as an LPN in various medical specialties. She is active in several community organizations, including the Alzheimer's Association in Ft. Lauderdale. She obtained her RN and an associate of science in nursing degree at Broward Community College in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
